About this role
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments.
Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized plans of care.
Provide skilled nursing services, including medication administration, treatments, wound care, and other services within the RN's scope of practice.

Qualifications
Current, unrestricted Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid Compact RN license.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; home health, home care, community health, or private duty nursing experience preferred.
Strong assessment, clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and confidently in a client's home.
Dependable, compassionate, and professional approach to client care.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
